Patients, healthcare professionals, hospital administrators and scientists will gain unrestricted access to the highest quality multimedia educational materials available relating to cardiovascular medicine and surgery.

  • The primary method of distributing information is through a centralized website (http://www.cvmd.org).
  • The information will be freely available to everyone without subscription or registration.
  • The primary media used to coordinate and distribute educational materials will be through the iPod and podcasting. These materials will be disseminated in such a fashion that multiple podcast networks will be populated with CVMD.org podcasts as they become available.
  • Educational and clinical materials will be collected and produced from the regular daily proceedings of the Arizona Heart Institute and Hospital, including organized conferences, meetings and presentations.
